How Builtrex Works
Builtrex helps you find and understand code requirements, with citations pointing you to specific sections and pages in the official publication. For the complete official code text, visit the publisher directly.
Citation Verification
Every citation from our verified code library passes through our hard-stop verification system before being shown to you. If we cannot verify a section exists, we do not show it — the reason we can back our answers with $100.

What Qualifies
- We cite a section that doesn't exist in the verified code library
What Does NOT Qualify
- ×Interpretation disputes — reasonable professionals can disagree on how to apply code
- ×Local amendments — your AHJ has modified the base code
- ×Reference standards (OSHA, ANSI, etc.) — helpful but not guaranteed
- ×Opinion or style preferences — not a factual error
How to Claim
Email bounty@builtrex.com with the reproducible query and a screenshot. We'll confirm the issue and work out the details over email.
