Qualifying errors (we pay)

  • We cite a section that doesn't exist in the verified code library

Not qualifying (no payout)

  • Interpretation disputes — reasonable professionals can disagree on how to apply code
  • Local amendments — your AHJ has modified the base code
  • Reference standards (OSHA, ANSI, etc.) — helpful but not guaranteed
  • Opinion or style preferences — not a factual error
