Builtrex pulls the real code, answers from that, and verifies every citation before you see it. If it can't verify a citation, it doesn't show it. That's why we back it with the $100 guarantee.
It covers one thing: if Builtrex cites a code section that doesn't exist in our verified code library. That's it. It's not for interpretation differences — code gets argued in the field, and that's between you and your inspector. It's for the thing that should never happen: a made-up citation. If it happens, send us the question and the response, and you get $100. No haggling.
Every answer comes with the exact code section, so you can hand the citation straight to an inspector. Builtrex is advisory — codes get interpreted locally, so always confirm final calls with your Authority Having Jurisdiction.
